Each year, SABUS donates rice, school supplies, and financial assistance to local communities in Vélingara, Senegal. These efforts help ensure that children have the resources they need to succeed in school and that families have access to essential nutrition.
At SABUS, we are passionate about empowering the next generation of agricultural leaders. Our Youth Internship Program provides hands-on experience in sustainable farming, crop production, poultry management, and business operations. Designed for young individuals eager to learn, this program offers an opportunity to work directly with our team of experts, gaining practical skills in modern farming techniques and agricultural management.
Participants in the program will:
- Learn sustainable farming practices and techniques.
- Engage in crop planting, harvesting, and processing activities.
- Explore innovative approaches to poultry farming and livestock care.
- Gain insights into the business side of agriculture, including marketing and operations.
Through this internship/volunteering, we aim to inspire and equip young people with the knowledge and tools to pursue careers in agriculture, contributing to the future of food security and sustainable development in Senegal.
